Power of attorney

• Is the granting of decision making authorization by one party to another. Here, it would be the client to the money manager or account executive. The Power of Attorney may be limited or full. When it is limited, the limitation is to trading or investing decisions only. When it is full it expands to cash and other decisions as well. The usual arrangement for trading, investing or speculating is a Limited Power of Attorney Arrangement.
